Hello everyone,
I am thrilled to share that my recent workshop on “Empowering Women – Overcoming Limiting Self-Beliefs, Imposter Syndrome, and Building Confidence and Resilience” was a huge success.
It was an honour to connect with so many amazing women who are ready to break free from their limiting beliefs and build their confidence and resilience.
During the workshop, we explored the impact of self-doubt and limiting beliefs and discussed strategies to overcome imposter syndrome. We also covered techniques to build self-confidence and resilience and how to develop a growth mindset. Additionally, we talked about tools to manage stress and anxiety, which is so important when it comes to building resilience and thriving.
I am grateful for the feedback and insights shared by the attendees, and I am excited to continue this important work of empowering women. I know that we can all benefit from the tools and strategies discussed in the workshop to build resilience, overcome self-doubt, and reach our full potential.
If you missed the workshop, don’t worry! I have some exciting news. I will be hosting a new masterclass called “Anxiety to Action for Parents Masterclass – Helping Your Kids and Teens Conquer Worry, Manage Anxiety, and Build Resilience.” This masterclass is specifically designed for parents who want to support their children and teens in managing anxiety and building resilience.
